I'd like to enquire about how much the cake topper will
cost, how do I do that?
A There are two options available, you
can either complete the standard contact form, or, complete
the more detailed Order Form relating to your cake topper
enquiry.

How much will my variations cost if I have described something
that I want that isn't standard?
A. This will depend upon the variation,
time & materials used. Each variation is treated uniquely,
that is, you will be provided with a separate price for
each variation you have.

If I complete the Order Form, am I placing an order?
A No.
Q.
So when is an order actually placed?
A. Orders are only taken once we have all
your details confirmed and your quote confirmed, that we
are able to do the work in the timeframe and most importantly
you are happy to proceed.

How do I place an order?
A If you have already sumbitted the Order
Enquiry Form you are well and truly on your way. However,
only after all the consultation is completed and once we
have received confirmation from you that you are happy for
us to proceed, you will receive a formal quote from us with
payment details.
Q What forms of payment do you accept?
A The following payments are accepted
- Direct Bank Deposit (preferred. Details provided
on confirmation from you that you are happy to proceed).
- Paypal is also accepted, however a fee for payments
in Australian $'s will attract a 2.4% + 0.30AUD transaction
fee as this is what paypal charge. If you have a paypal
account you can pay via your account, if you do not,
you can still pay via paypal using your credit/debit

can I contact if I want to query my order?
A You would have been provided the email
address to make contact with, alternatively you can use
the contact form or call me

Q How
much of my order do I need to pay for up-front?
A In order to secure your place in my schedule
and so that all the necessary materials can be purchased
in order to make your Unique Cake Toppers payment is required
in full prior to work commencing.
Q For
Australian residents, how is GST calculated?
A GST is not charged to
customers.
